Our First Impressions Team is a dependable, people-loving crew that helps guests and members alike feel noticed, respected, and at ease. From offering a kind smile to helping families get settled, they play a key role in shaping someone’s first experience with us.

How We Serve:

• Say hello: offer a genuine smile and kind words at main entrances and gathering spots.

• Assist with seating: help folks find a place to sit without stress or confusion.

• Offer direction: guide newcomers through our campus so they feel confident getting where they need to go.

• Encourage connection: take time to chat with new faces and help them discover their next step in the Trinity community.
