Give Your Kids the Very Best Summer!
The biggest week of summer is almost here, and your kids are invited! VBS at Trinity is a free, fun week of games, music, crafts, snacks, and Bible stories built around one of the biggest questions Jesus ever asked His disciples: “Who do you say that I am?”
A lot of people know something about Jesus. This week is about helping kids discover who He really is.
It’s free to attend and open to kids entering Kindergarten through 6th grade.
Want to lend a hand?
We're looking for volunteers to help with everything from snacks to games!
Frequently Asked Questions
Where should I bring my child(ren) on the first day?
Bring your kids to the foyer of the Central Venue. It’s the main entrance with the circle drive in front.
What ages can come to VBS?
VBS is open to kids entering Kindergarten through 6th grade. Friends and neighbors are welcome too!
What should kids wear?
Comfortable summer clothes they can get a little messy in – think shorts, tees and tennis shoes they can run around in.
What should kids bring?
As little as possible please since things can get lost moving between activities. We’ll have everything they need!
How do food allergies work?
Be sure to note any allergies when you register. You’re also welcome to send your own snack if needed.
Is there a cost?
Nope, there is no cost to attend VBS! Children are invited to help support mission projects each year. 100% of the money we receive during VBS goes to support that project. But giving is totally voluntary and no one will pressure you or your child to give. VBS themed shirts will be available on a first come basis. We ask for a $20 donation to cover the cost, if you can. All crafts, activities, and snacks are on us, no strings attached.
What about After VBS Camp?
After VBS Camp happens right after VBS is over at 12:00 and lasts until 5:30. This camp is designed to help kids who want to attend VBS but need care all day. This camp is open for kids entering 1st-6th grades. There is a fee of $50 per child to attend, and space is limited.
Are there there daily themes for dress up?
Yep!
- Monday: Crazy Sock Day; wear your craziest or silliest socks
- Tuesday: Hawaiian Day; wear floral or beachy patterns
- Wednesday: Tie Dye Day; wear something tie dyed
- Thursday: Neon Day; wear your brightest colors
- Friday: Spirit Day; wear something to represent your school or favorite team
I missed online registration. Can I still sign my child up?
Yes! Just stop by the round table when you arrive:
- Grab a registration form and fill it out
- Take it to the balloon that matches the grade your child is entering this fall.
- We’ll assign your child to a group, give them a nametag, and hand you a security pickup tag that you’ll need at dismissal.
We’ll help your child from there. While we ask that you leave the building for security purposes, you’re welcome to grab a coffee or sit on the patio while your child is busy having fun. While you’re there, look for one of our pastors to connect with. We would love to chat a bit and get to know you!
My child is already registered. What do I need to do?
You’re all set! Check your email for their class assignment. When you get here, head straight to the drop off location mentioned in your email. Your child[ren]’s class leader will give you a security card at drop-off that you will need at pick up time.
Where do I pick up my child?
Right where you dropped them off! Same spot for pickup and drop-off each day. For security, be sure to have your pick up tag (or a picture of your tag) at pick up every day.
Which doors should I use?
- Enter through the West Hallway Central Venue Doors
- Exit through the East Hallway Central Venue Doors
- Please don’t use the Foyer Doors for entering or exiting
- Preschool classes can be accessed through the East side doors with the small horseshoe drive.
You can download a map of our campus map to make things even easier!
