Carrie comes to Trinity with a deep love for kids, families, and the everyday work of helping children grow in their faith. Over the years, she’s served in churches of many shapes and sizes, but her focus has always stayed simple: helping kids know Christ and helping parents feel less alone in the work of raising them.
She’s known for building healthy teams, investing in volunteers, and creating spaces where kids feel seen, safe, and eager to learn. Carrie has a particular heart for children with special needs, for volunteers who need encouragement, and for families who may not yet feel connected to church at all.
Carrie and her husband, Ray, have been married for 23 years and are parents to Jonathan (21) and Chloe (19). Their family has experienced both joyful seasons and hard ones, and those experiences have helped shape their faith. We’re grateful to welcome Carrie and her family as part of the Trinity family!
