Life is heavy at times. We weren’t created to carry it on our own.

At Trinity Counseling Center, we walk with you as you face what feels confusing, painful, or unclear. You will have space to talk honestly and be met with patience, care, and steady guidance. As trust grows, we work together to name what is going on, shape realistic goals, and take steps that help you move toward the kind of wholeness God holds out to his people.

Confidentiality

Your privacy matters. We follow strict confidentiality practices so that your sessions stay protected. You can speak freely and know your story is handled with care.

Affordable Counseling for All

We want counseling to be reachable for anyone who needs it. Members of Trinity Baptist Church can schedule a session for $30. The rate for non-members is $60. Each session lasts about 40 to 50 minutes. Payment can be made before the session by cash, check, or card.

Why Counseling Matters

Good counseling grows out of trust between you and your counselor. When that trust is present, you can look honestly at the problems you are facing, set clear goals for a healthier life, and work in a steady and intentional way toward those goals. You don’t have to make that journey alone.

Contact us
  • What can I expect during my first counseling session?

Your first session is a chance for your counselor to get to know you and understand what you’re carrying. The pace is slow and steady. You’ll have space to talk about what brought you in, name the challenges you’re facing, and begin shaping clear goals for the weeks ahead.

  • Do I have to be a Christian to receive counseling at Trinity Counseling Center?

No. Anyone is welcome. While our counselor work from a Christian view of the world, we care for people from every background. You will be respected, heard, and met with compassion, and the approach will fit your needs.

  • How long do the counseling sessions last?

Sessions usually run about 40 to 50 minutes. This allows time to make progress without overwhelming your day.

  • How many sessions will I need?

It depends on your situation. Some people find relief in a short season. Others benefit from meeting over a longer stretch of time. You and your counselor will talk about your progress and adjust the plan when needed.

  • Is counseling confidential?

Yes. Confidentiality is essential. Each counselor follows strict ethical guidelines to protect your privacy. What you share in a session stays there unless there is a legal requirement to report harm to yourself or others.

  • What if I can't afford counseling?

We want counseling to be within reach. Members of Trinity Baptist Church can schedule a session for 30 dollars. The rate for non-members is 60 dollars. If money is a concern, let us know. There may be ways we can help.

  • What should I do if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Contact us as soon as possible. We ask for at least twenty four hours’ notice so we can offer the appointment to someone else who may be waiting.

  • What kinds of issues can counseling help with?

Counseling can help with addictions, anxiety, anger, depression, marriage and family strain, grief, post traumatic stress, and many other challenges. The goal is to help you move toward steadiness, healing, and growth.
