Building and Grounds Landscape Tech
We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Building and Grounds Landscape Tech to keep Trinity’s grounds neat, healthy, and well-maintained. Your focus will be on protecting against erosion, keeping everything looking its best, and ensuring tasks are completed safely and on time. Friendly and professional communication with visitors and staff is key.
What We’re Looking For:
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual labor.
- Able to work long hours and follow instructions with attention to detail.
- Experience with hand tools and small tractors is helpful.
- No formal education required, but a high school diploma is preferred.
- Previous experience or on-the-job training is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Water grass, trees, and flowerbeds on a regular schedule.
- Maintain sprinkler systems and perform preventive maintenance on the water well.
- Apply fertilizer and weed treatments as needed.
- Remove weeds from flower beds and fence lines.
- Plant grass, trees, and shrubs as needed.
- Keep shrubs and trees trimmed and tidy.
- Perform monthly maintenance on grounds equipment.
- Mow and trim grass regularly to keep the grounds looking their best.
