Catholicism and Protestantism What’s the difference? In S.W. Louisiana there are many individuals of the Catholic faith, yet there are also many who are considered Protestant/Evangelical. What is the difference? There are stark differences that often lends itself to heated discussions between the two. Join us for four consecutive Wednesday nights in September as we dissect the differences. Subjects include topics such as Papal authority vs scriptural authority, differences in worship practices, differences in sacraments, marriage, life after death, confession, purgatory, “original sin”, books of the Bible, salvation, God’s role in salvation, communion, praying to saints, plus several others.
Childcare is available though we do ask that you register your child(ren). We usually have a lot of kids so we like to give our leaders and volunteers a headcount.
