Join us during the month of September as Pastors Rick Ellis and Adam Brock tackle some of the “Tough” sayings of Jesus. Each Wednesday evening during the month of September they will unpack these most difficult sayings of Jesus that Christians struggle with, either understanding or applying.

September 7 - Rick Ellis

  • "Acceptable Worship must be in Spirit and in Truth" - John 4:24
  • “If you have faith the size of[e] a mustard seed,” the Lord said, “you can say to this mulberry tree, ‘Be uprooted and planted in the sea,’ and it will obey you.”  - Matthew 17:20

September 14 - Adam Brock

  • “I say to you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you have no life in you.” -John 6:53
  •  "Therefore, you shall be perfect, just as your Father in heaven is perfect" – Matthew 5:48
  • “I say to you, all sins will be forgiven the sons of men, and whatever blasphemies they may utter; but he who blasphemes against the Holy Spirit never has forgiveness, but is subject to eternal condemnation” – Mark 3:28-29, Luke 12:10

September 21 - Rick Ellis

September 28 - Adam Brock

  • “This is how my heavenly Father will treat each of you unless you forgive your brother or sister from your heart.”  - Matthew 18:35
  • “I have come to bring fire on the earth, and how I wish it were already kindled! But I have a baptism to undergo, and what constraint I am under until it is completed! Do you think I came to bring peace on earth? No, I tell you, but division.” – Luke 12:49-51
