Chris, a native of Guatemala, serves as the interim family pastor at Trinity. As a teenager living in Oberlin, Louisiana, he accepted his calling to be a minister of the gospel of Christ.
Since accepting his calling, Chris has served in various capacities at a few different churches, operating primarily in student ministry and connections/first impressions along with facilitating many international mission trips.
Chris has a strong passion for preaching and teaching the Word of God, as well as equipping families to carry out the primary call to all believers: to make disciples. Outside of ministry, Chris loves to travel, cook, and experience new, exciting adventures, all while enjoying the fellowship of his family and friends.
Even though the Lord has blessed Chris to serve in many roles in ministry, his greatest blessings are his wife and children. Chris and Dani were high school sweethearts and were married in 2007. They have four wonderful children: Finley, William aka “Sutton,” Carsley, and Ellis.
