You see, without Christ, life is impossible. Without Christ, a flourishing marriage is impossible. Without Christ, there is no hope, there is no purpose, there is no peace. It's all impossible. Yet in Christ, the promise of Scripture is this: in Christ there is fullness of life, fullness of life. The Bible teaches that Christ lived a perfect life, died a terrible sacrificial death, went to the cross, went to the grave. Three days later, rose and victory forever, demonstrating that he is who he says he is, the Son of God, and that He can do what he says he can do. He can take whatever you've made a mess of and he can put it back together. He can create it new.
