The Senior Pastor is responsible for the proclamation of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, teaching the biblical revelation, engaging in pastoral care ministries, providing administrative leadership in all areas of church life, acting as the chief administrator of the paid staff, and leading Trinity Baptist Church to grow and develop in Christian maturity and participation in Christian ministries (1 Timothy 3:1-7). The Church and Deacons will support the Senior Pastor and follow his leadership, affording him the optimum time for his God-called responsibilities.
